General Customer Support
BioGourmet Cares customer support hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Our offices are closed weekends and all recognized US holidays. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of completed transaction and any order that falls on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day. If you have any questions regarding a recent order please submit your information in the form provided and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery
At BioGourmet Cares we ship all domestic orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will have shipping options to choose at checkout.
As shared, customer orders are processed within 24-48 business hours, however with high demand, limited edition items or carrier issues, your order may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified via email of any pending delay. Please be sure that when you are placing your order that you submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping information. BioGourmet Cares only ships to matching billing and shipping addresses and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase but we realize sometimes things don’t work out. If this occurs we ask that customers submit their request for return and we will review for consideration. For any approved return purchased directly from BioGourmet Cares, each item must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the order receipt and/or packing slip within 7 calendar days from delivery. All item(s) must be unopened, never worn and in excellent condition. Approved returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date of purchase. All packages but be delivered back to our BioGourmet Cares fulfillment center using a US carrier that provides tracking.
Option to Exchange or Donate
If you discover you absolutely adore the item you purchased but the size isn’t the best, BioGourmet Cares will approve an even exchange for the same item in a different size and we’ll even include the return label. Just submit the request in the form on this page and we will issue a prepaid label via email notification. Once your original item is received and marked in perfect condition our customer service office will send out your replacement - it’s that easy!
Prefer to donate your item? We can take care of that for you - simple follow the instructions and when we receive your item instead of exchanging it, we will donate to someone we serve in the Los Angeles county homeless community. A tax deduction receipt will be emailed to you for your records.
Instructions for Approved Returns
All approved returns require a BioGourmet Cares RA number (Return Authorization) on the outside of the package.
- Step 1: Submit your return request on this Customer Support page and await our response.
- Step 2: If approved - ship your return to:

- Step 3: Once your approved return has been received and reviewed our customer service will issue your refund and you will be notified via email.
